CANCELLATION
A reservation can be cancelled free of charge if the cancellation is made no later than 7 days before arrival. In the event of later cancellations or no-shows, the accommodation must be paid in full.
The room / cabin is available from 4:00 PM on the day of arrival until 12:00 PM on the day of departure.
NO SHOW
No-show, arrival that is not cancelled within the cancellation deadline, will be charged 100% of the agreed price for the stay.
PAYMENT
All booking and payment is done online.
DOG
It is allowed to bring a dog, but the room/cabin must be cleaned extra thoroughly. A small additional fee must also be paid.
RESPONSIBILITY FOR PARTICIPATION INVOICE
The customer is responsible for any outstanding participant invoices.
LIABILITY FOR DAMAGE
The customer is responsible for any damage caused to the campsite as a result of negligent or intentional conduct.
UNEXPECTED EVENTS
Events beyond our control, such as strikes, lock-outs, fires and the like, give us the right to terminate the agreement without liability for damages.[:en]
